Mobile Responsiveness

Mobile nav will use a hamburger menu
Hero section will stay the same but with fonts scaling to screen size
Events section will have a column layout on smaller screens with functional carousel
News section will have 2 columns and 3 rows on smaller screens

Homepage and Navbar responsiveness is complete, the other sections will now have their own issues to deal with them
