Update languages

Most of the languages in the page have missing words or phrases to translate. We should update them.

Before uploading the changes check if there are repeated msgid. The msguniq command should not display any output lines.

Notice you don't need to translate everything. We are working in issue #222 to give non-admin users access to some management features. That will work in future releases. These are the last bunch of texts that start with "can ...". You can leave those for later if you want to.
