adds ivar consensus version to summary file (https://github.com/UPHL-BioNGS/Cecret/issues/153)
fixes fastqc results in final (https://github.com/UPHL-BioNGS/Cecret/issues/148)
updates freyja and pangolin containers (https://github.com/UPHL-BioNGS/Cecret/issues/154)
warns about using params.kraken2_organism (https://github.com/UPHL-BioNGS/Cecret/issues/152)
