Duplicate numeric locale options #173

Describe the bug One of the plot options is to select the numeric locale. I just noticed that the only two options 'look' identical: English and English. Are they actually identical? Or should they be different?

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a simulation plot (either through the concrete simulation tab or with a simulation query)
  2. Right-click the plot area and go to Numeric locale.
  3. Observe the two options.

Expected behavior Two different options, or just showing one options if they are the same.

Version(s) of UPPAAL tested UPPAAL Stratego 11 RC2

One of them is platform's locale and another is English. If your locale is English then then they are identical.
