Suggest: update mermaid code #133

Before september 2024, \n was used to go to the next line:

flowchart TD
  A[A mult-line\ntext]

However, nowadays, the \n is displayed and mermaid inserts the newlines for you.

So, our mermaid figures have \ns in them that are needless displayed. Remove these.
