Suggest: give non-Björn access to edit SiteVision pages #85

Currently, only Björn can edit the SiteVision logo. It would be nice of all could do so :-)

Is this about SiteVision Logo or site vision pages?

We would like a link to uppmax.uu.se from the upper left UU logo in docs? Don't remember if we decided for that solution but I thin that is a good idea if not managing by adding a top-menu link. Issue #72
