Suggest vote: move teacher-only folders to root folder #10

Currently, the tree structure of the course is:

I feel the teacher-only content (evaluations, lesson_plans, reflections) should be moved out of the doc folder, as it is not part of the course content.

I suggest to move it to a root folder called teachers, but creating such a folder in docs would be fine for me too.
