I "Sometimes" make a summary that we can go through. Sometimes we, however, get stuck in individual answers. Can be needed in some cases, but should be avoided otherwise. You have seen this in the R-python-julia workshop for instance.

If we decide upon evaluating the Bianca Intermediate course (#28), I suggest to discuss how to do so: I've seen meeting of 90 minutes that went though the learners' feedback one-by-one without preparation, which felt like a complete waste of time to me.
I hope we come up with an effective procedure to do so.
I've searched the literature shortly, without success (most findings I rate too formal for us). I do want to give a draft of a suggestion:
This will ensure people have time to think and prepare ahead of a meeting.
Again, this is just a suggested procedure, I am fine with any effective procedure we decide upon to do an evaluation.
