Move main page content about the course to 'About the course' #23

The course goals are at https://uppmax.github.io/programming_formalisms/.

I suggest to move these goals to 'About the course', with a page called 'Course goals'

We keep the punchlines/'course mottos' at the front page.

We voted to move the goals to the 'About' page.
