R&D on danger zones of volcano

Overview

Some active volcanoes have danger zones. It looks like a buffer from the volcano's coordinates.

For R&D: We will include a new field that has a maximum radius to the existing geojson. For example, Mayon has a maximum radius of 16km. There should be a 1km buffer interval from the volcano's coordinate.
