On identifiers

Players/Entities in the system may benefit from additional identifiers issued by relevant agencies in the government. It may be argued that some players may not have such an information due to informal nature of their transactions. In relation to this, the system may be of use in helping account for such percentages and may not be viewed as a limitation.

For registered organizations, DOE Registration No. is a candidate identifier. However, IDs have not been implemented yet.
