Not exactly research, but the following outline might make for a good Medium article, explaining how we building expression tracking in #12:

"Jumpstart into face-api.js"

  1. Subtitle: "Building a Robot to Mirror Facial Expressions" (first, improve latency, then add a loading screen, and fix the arms in the model).
  2. In the blog: building off the Three.js
    1. reinforce lessons in JS callbacks
    2. include benefits such as privacy, by working w/ TFJS
