Is there a way we can get the status of a file, ie is it "hydrated" and local at QBI cache,
even if this needs to be a special function where the user has to select the files and clicks "get status" or "Hydrate/Make Local" or something along those lines?
I tried to send a stale file to cvl and it didn't work, which will be an issue we see regularly, so need a way to fix it.
