Terastitcher integration

Begin by integrating Terastitcher as a separate tool into the IPP with a GUI

• Select File/Folder
• read the selected file/folder metadata and display to the user the fields required for terastitcher
  • this will require a new metadata parsing script
• Allow the user to modify the expected image dimension naming of files, ie: C# = Channel, F# = Field, *Z# = Slice etc
• Tickbox to search subdirectories for related files
• Show the user the expected filename per Channel, Slice and Field etc
• Let the user enter in any other Terastitcher required information that's not scraped from the metadata
  • such as image acquisition pattern, ie: top left to bottom right etc
• Let the user select between CPU/GPU and number of nodes/GPUs to use
• Let user set the output filename and/or folder structure with filenames for each file and file format ie: .tif, ome-tif, ims etc
• Submit job
