When launching a CVL desktop, give the user three "Performance" options

Classic - 4 CPU Cores, 32GB RAM, 8GB GPU VRAM Moderate - 8 CPU Cores, 64GB RAM, 8GB GPU VRAM Maximum - 12 CPU Cores, 128GB RAM, 8GB GPU VRAM

or something to that effect

could we have a scrolling frame for the "Selected files" to prevent the desktop manager page getting too big?
