Deconvolution - Generate PSF #70

This should be on by default

If metadata can't be read from file then Lightsheet defaults should be

Objective NA = 1.1, Objective RI = 1.33 and match the preset to Water Other modalities are fine

Also the little up/down arrows for each field should adjust by 0.1, not 1
