Added a !trivia command #398

Adds a command !trivia which asks a question to the channel and then after a certain amount of time posts the answer to the question. The question are taken from the "Open Trivia DB".

The command takes many arguments which are printed and explained with the '-h' flag.

Not sure whether I should keep the colour coding for the multiple choice questions or switch to A, B, C, D. Also, not sure what the format of the answer message should be. Should it contain the original question? For example: The answer to "Laserjet and inkjet printers are both examples of what type of printer?" is: Non-impact printer

Just realised that the order of the reactions to the multiple choice questions aren't consistent. I will fix this.

EDIT: So they actually appear in the correct order but when another message comes in they can change order. The only way I found to fix this was to add a delay of around a second between adding reactions. But that doesn't seem ideal.
