Remove Formspree contact form #109

The reasons being:

  1. It's bound to the wrong email address (mine) and I'm getting people emailing me.
  2. We've had some trouble with receiving Formspree emails. I think it's best we just fall back to the normal contact@uqcs.org.au email.
