Description

Task: Enemy transition cutscene Feature: Overall game features This ticket is a collar between Team 1 and Team 6. Team 1 is responsible for coding for the cut scene screen, bringing animations into it and doing unit testing, preparing documentation whereas Team 6 is responsible for building the storyline for it.

Detailed task description :

This task involves creating a cutscene where an enemy is transformed into an NPC, serving as a key plot point in the game's narrative. The cutscene will be visually dramatic, incorporating animations, visual effects, and dynamic camera angles to heighten the impact. The scene will involve dialogue that explains the enemy’s transformation, providing important exposition to advance the story. The cutscene will be triggered after the player defeats the enemy through combat and will smoothly transition back to gameplay after completion. The player’s interactions with the former enemy will change post-cutscene, perhaps making the NPC accessible for dialogue and other gameplay functions.
