Minigame UI (and some code smells)

Description

This pull request completely updates the Minigames UI #601 and adds a couple extra features #610, fixed some code smells and test coverage. partially complete #600 and #537. Completed end minigame screen UI and Scoreboard (pause menu will be in the next pull request as is deendent on team 5) #536.
