Description

Currently the dance party will not work after the first time.

How To Reproduce

  1. Ensure docket service can be triggered multiple times
  2. Ensure the dance party behaviour is consistent when it is activated

Expected Behaviour

This upgrade should behave same as other upgrades where this can be used multiple times
