Description

Task: In-Range Class. Feature: Main Character - Final Functionality.

The point of this task is to add an "in-range" service or class for the whole studio to have access to. This will aid many teams, particularly in combat, working out whether the player / enemy is close enough to be damaged. For the main character it will be used when attacking enemies because as of now it will attack the closest enemy regardless of location.

Conversed and collaborated on potential applications of the UGS and potential integration methods for Sprint 3 and Sprint 4 with @luke4641942. Solutions: Using the UGS as a deterministic environment for range classes, character movement, resource mining, and building defense.
