Description

Task: Integration of building functions with building UI. Feature: #317 This task relates to implementing structure methods created during Sprint two with the building UI. These methods include the ability to upgrade and sell buildings. Currently whilst these methods exist, players are unable to use the functions without using the appropriate keybinds.
