Task: Unit semi-selection effect.
Feature: Team 1 (Sprint 2) - Feature Ticket(#75 )
We will publish a semi-selection effect while user's mouse hovering the units. The effect may appear as a bright, special effect that stands out in the overall tone to surround the unit.
In this case, the overall visual area of the unit may change slightly due to the additional effect generation.
Once the mouse is over the cell or the user confirms the selection, the effect disappears and is ready to be triggered again. Every friendly unit and building will become a legal Semi-selection object.
