Lag spikes can break vscript timing and can even stop vscript scenes from playing if they're frequent enough

every map that has vscript based scenes

I only use the x86-64 build of gmod so i have no idea if the dev branch has these issues or not

How much FPS are you getting?

It varies alot but, on average, i get around 100 fps. lag spikes occur during vscript scene loading at times but my fps doesn't really go that far down during it.

What are other addons installed?

I have alot of addons installed, so i could try disabling some to see if that makes a difference. here's the ones in my actual addons folder: G64 Beatrun Seamless Portals World Portals P2Mod (My original portal 2 fix fork of another repository)

What are specs of PC (system version, CPU/GPU, RAM, SSD or HDD, ...)

This should be my specs? Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9300H CPU @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz

Try to disable other addons at least

I disabled every mod except the ones i listed. however, i'm still getting lag spikes and it's still messing with the timing. also, when i say lag spikes, i also mean if the game freezes for a second.

Your P2Mod can mess with gp2, but I don't see anything related to choreo scripts I made. Lag spikes it's something with your PC (bloated system or hardware issues). CPU isn't that bad, idk about RAM or GPU (integrated or dedicated).

There's no anything that can tank fps, I hope.
