Should be as simple as following Pavol's instructions in the manual.

Ok, when I run the plot sequence on the beginning of page 20 in the manual for mincde, Matlab dies unexpectedly (segfault) on Ubuntu 12.10, Matlab R2012, CMP 4.3. The problem is reproducible.

It seems to be an OpenGL problem on my computer.

temporal_average is now working on CMP 4.3 The Matlab segfault was unrelated to URDME, a openGL issue on Ubuntu 12.10.
