Widget does not open app #14

If app in the background, widget can bring it to front. If app is closed (task killed) tap on widget does nothing

Thanks to report issue. I will check and fix issue

The issue is actually in the absence of the app permission. It requires "Display pop-up windows while running in the background", which was disabled on MIUI 12
