Entry beginning with dollar sign appears blank in opened WebVTT #326

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. File>Load subtitle
  2. Open this VTT
  3. Choose 23.976

Expected behavior Entry one has $7 Entry beginning with dollar sign appears blank in opened WebVTT expected

Current behavior Entry one is blank. Entry beginning with dollar sign appears blank in opened WebVTT current

Note: doesn't affect SubRip or iTunes Timed Text (I'm unsure about other formats, however).
