User Story

As a custom data download user I want the filter panels to have a click out functionality So that the UI is more user friendly

Acceptance Criteria

Given that the filter panel functionality is displayed When a user clicks out side of the filter panel Then the filter panel closes

Given that the filter panel functionality is displayed When the escape key is selected Then the filter panel closes

Dependency: Will need to discuss the tab out feature with Anthony

Add “click-out,” and "escape" features to dropdowns in panel slide-outs

Per Datateers PO: Depending on what Anthony says, we can also remove 1941 from PI7. I see it as a nice to have, esp if it becomes complicated with 508

Per PI Planning, it would not be a 508 issue to implement this functionality
