User Story

As a CAMPD user I want to see the what's new box So that I can see the latest news about the site

Acceptance Criteria

Given that a user has accessed the CAMPD home page When the functionality is displayed Then the whats new box is displayed in accordance with the wireframes AND the content is consistent with the content document

Given that a user has accessed the CAMPD home page When the functionality is displayed Then the "Maps & Graphs" section is displayed in accordance with the wireframes
AND the content is consistent with the content document

Development Notes

SCOPE: As apart of the scope of this ticket, the EPA should have the ability to update content in the what's new box

-This ticket was estimated as a 3 with the understanding that the work would entail creating the component in the design system, making the api call, and displaying the content

• Update visualization and analysis section on the home page to "Maps & Graphs"
• In the whats new box external links and links to the quick start guide should open in a new tab
• The exit disclaimer in the whats new box will be displayed next to the hyper link

TC535 passed @tlageman-epa .FYI- I noticed that the progress bar is placed too close to the whats new box. I logged Bug: Emissions Progress Bar #2580 for the tech team to fix the progress bar.
