Test Case

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the custom data download (cdd)
  2. Apply compliance allowance based as a data type
  3. Apply 1995 as a year (the owner/operator filter is disabled)
  4. Select preview data

When a user applies 1995 as a year then the system disables the owner/ operator filter. However the data preview displays data for the owner/ operator field. Filters should only disable if there is no data associated with it. This issue is only occurring for 1995.

Context

There isn't any data in the owner dim table for 1995. The ERG will have to populate the database table in order to fix the issue on the UI.

Per backlog refinement on 6/1, Datateers PO will look into this issue and provide further direction on when this should be addressed.

No action is needed on this item. EPA needs to have a larger discussion and review this issue. It should be maintained as a known issue.

@MaeganWood64 I've looked at this again. my previous comment stands. there is no owner/operator data currently available for 1995. This can remain in the overall product backlog as a known issue until EPA decides if we should do something about it.
