[ ] Change the generic link 'Here' in the what's new section to something more descriptive
[ ] What's new should be a heading (h3), currently, it's a div.

Need to determine whether this would require a code change or can it be changed directly through the markdown

Closed ticket based on discussion with CAMD on 3/4/24. Before deployment there will be a scan performed and any issues will be remediated at that time.
