Context

Research NEST JS web sockets for status and check out changes. Implementation will be completed as apart of #4811. This ticket will be worked on after the tech team finishes working on functionality.

This issue will become a higher priority after the team completes refactoring on the evaluate/submissions module. Check back in depending on if the evaluate/submit update is completed
