Steps to Recreate: Navigate to Emissions Module Global View Select a Config Open Config Try to view emissions data for a reporting period that has data Observe below error Private Zenhub Image

i did not notice the error for a reporting period that has data. However, the errors comes for a period/view code with no emissions data.

No errors were recreated on dev. Additionally, attempting to open up global emissions screens with no data results in the following message:

However, the error mentioned by addisgmichael was reproduced on test:

Testing blocked on test by #5793.

Verified with ORIS 9, CTG-1 in global emissions screen. No error messages are returned when selecting a view that contains data, and the error message returned when a view does not have data looks correct.
