Bug: Evaluation Emissions Data #5835

Issue: Received CRIT1 error on 2022 Q2 emissions. Steps to Recreate:

  1. Check out Limestone unit LIMI1
  2. Import 2022 Q1 and Q2 emissions from historical data
  3. Evaluate Q1 and Q2

Confirm if still a bug on dev and stg.

On dev and stg, evaluation of 2022 Q1, Q2 data was successful - only HOURGEN-13-B was generated for both quarters. However, the MP needed to be reevaluated as well, else it gave a critical error regarding the MP having not been evaluated.

Verifying the issue is fixed. Imported 2022 Q1 and Q2 emissions of Limestone LIMI1. Ran EM evaluation on both quarters. Received 'Informational Message' Eval Status.
