Evaluation Report Updates

The Evaluation Status Code is missing from the Monitoring Plan Evaluation Report. In contrast, the ECMPS Evaluation Report email sent to the user does include the Evaluation Status Code.

This issue can be seen in the Monitoring Plan Evaluation Reports for the Facilities below:

• Comanche (Facility ID: 470; Eval Date & TimeL 11/29/23 at 5:13pm)
• Silverhawk (Facility ID: 55841, Eval Date & Time: 11/29/23 at 5:08pm)

Acceptance Criteria

• The link associated with the "Evaluation Status Code" in Evaluation Report emails is removed
• Latitude and Longitude info is removed from Evaluation Report email and attachment.
• A Passed Evaluation Report attachment has the text, "Evaluation has passed without errors"
• An Informational/ Critical Error Evaluation Report lists all appropriate check results in the Evaluation Results.

The report has a severity column which is really the same as the Evaluation Status Code. Need requirements from EPA.

Discussed with EPA on 4/11/24: Update MP, QA, EM evaluation reports to remove the link associated with the "Evaluation Status Code" (keep the text). Also remove lat/long info from the email and eval reports.

Verified on dev that Evaluation Status Code links are removed for all Evaluation Report email data types as well as latitude/ longitude info from Evaluation Report emails and attachments.

Passed evaluation reports do not contain any Evaluation Results. Was this ticket supposed to resolve this issue?

Evaluation Report reports "Evaluation has passed without errors" when there are no critical errors. When there are critical errors, Evaluation Status Code in the email reports "Critical Errors", and the Report's Evaluation Results section lists the errors out. Lat / Long info and "Evaluation Status Code"-related links do not appear.

(Critical error Evaluation Report generated when tester attempted to create a new component / analyzer range without all correct information under an existing system.)
