Bug: MP Export File Name #5983

Issue: There is an issue with the name of the export files in MP. The user gets "MP Export - Barry, undefined (12-12-2023)". Undefined should not be there. We should see the configuration below instead. What it should look like: "MP Export - Barry, 1, 2, CS0AAN (12-12-2023)"

Confirm if still a bug in dev and stg.

Exporting a MP from stg appears to name the file correctly.

But exporting a MP from dev repeats the issue.

FYA - This ticket was deprioritized since it isn't a blocker for industry submission and is a low priority compared with other development work.

@annalbrecht - could we relabel this from P-1B to 2025 (Q1 or Q2)? Internally, we discussed this ticket and are prioritizing other functionality. If the dev team has any questions, we can discuss them at the next meeting.
