Overview

Produce documentation that explains apportionment to an end user.

Prep Work

1. Need to determine the target audience or audiences for the documentation. This would help to determine how detailed and technical the documentation needs to be including whether the documentation is an overview, should allow the accurate and independent recreation of the apportionment, or should be something in between.

Apportionment with GNP Documents

These documents were created while trying to synchronize the CAMPD apportionment with the GNP apportionment, and largely reflects the CAMPD apportionment. Likely not like the documentation this ticket should produce, but should be good references.

8/13/24: CAPD will meet internally to revisit the requirements: Who are the target end users? Level of detail?

Apportionment procedure for CAMPD Users want to know if..

• it is apportioned and that it is done correctly.
• Has anything changed between now (2.0) and historical data? What date did it change?
• High level explanation is good

Questions:

• Is there existing documentation already?
• Can it we re-use and update it?
• It does include edge cases that may have been retired
• Ask ERG if they can update existing docs for this effort.
