I will keep my eye on this one, but I believe something went wrong with a previous deployment or other development in a previous issue that caused the Quartz job to stop. I was able to restart the job in the scheduler dashboard, and when re-deploying the application the Submission Job Queue job started just fine.
While I could look into adding periodic health checks to the code to make sure jobs are running as they should be, I'm hesitant to invest too much time into this, since @mark-hayward-erg mentioned that this whole scheduler will need to get refactored before production to amputate Silkier Quartz.
I.e. no code changes needed at this time.
Max and I were able to successfully make multiple MP, QA, and EM submissions for Facilities 130, 384, 3470, 6042, 7697. and 8906
Tested successfully and no errors were encountered where MP, QA, and EM submissions were stuck with a status code of QUEUED:
