Emissions Screen viewCode Error after Reverting to Official #6237

Noticed this issue during testing of #6049. After importing emissions data from file/ workspace, selecting a view, and reverting to official record, going back into the emissions screen will show the emissions data for the previously selected view. Clicking on the Apply Filter button results in the error message attached below. This error occurs on both dev and tst.

Verified on dev.

  1. Check out ORIS 628, unit 1GTA
  2. Import the 2023 Q3 emissions data, select the Quarterly Summary View, and click "Apply Filter(s)"
  3. Go to the Monitoring Plan screen and revert to official
  4. Go back to the Emissions screen. The Reporting Period dropdown and View Template Dropdown are reset, and no View data appears.

  4. Go back to the Emissions screen. The Reporting Period dropdown and View Template Dropdown are reset, and no records to display appears.

Following the same steps, this was also tested with the same configuration, importing 2021 Q4 emissions data, and the same result of no records to display appears.
