CSOSG2E transactions missing from interface

Underlying Issue:

The CSAPR surrender accounts (with the exception of the Enforcement Surrender account) were not linked to CSOSG2E when CSOSG2E was added as a program.

Solution:

1. Execute a script on CAMDBSP to link the CSAPR surrender accounts to CSOSG2E.
2. Execute a script on CAMDPUB to force a full data mart refresh to run to pick up the changes in account program data.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Check CAMPD in Production after the full data mart refresh is executed (6/25 or later).

We’ve discovered an issue where CAMPD is not displaying the most current transaction data for the CSOSG2E program when we query the custom data download tool. Here are steps to reproduce:

1. Data type: allowance
2. Data subtype: transactions
3. Transaction date: 6/3/24 to 6/6/24
4. Program: CSOSG2E

This query is only producing four transactions, all of them private transfers. However, since we ran compliance for all CSAPR programs for the 2023 control periods on Tuesday of this week, there should be dozens of transactions displaying with the “Emissions Deduction” transaction type. I’m including a pdf of some of these transactions I pulled in CBS for reference.

Garrett's PDF is showing Emissions Deductions transaction IDs 683 to 694. CAMDPUB is not showing these at all. There is a gap between transaction IDs 635 and 695 (1st image). Emissions Deductions are entirely missing (2nd image). The records are on BSP (3rd image).

@szintgraff the data updates made on the NCC databases (CAMDBSP/CAMDPUB) have now been picked up by CAMPD. Please confirm in Production.
