MP RI updates for the initial release #6333

  1. Remove any MATS information not being included in the initial 2.0 release (e.g., CPMS)-- Scott to review updates completed
  2. Update PM descriptions such that it is clear existing PM is to be used for MATS PM CEMS also-- Scott
  3. Removed references to PM and CPM in Spans section-- Scott
  4. Make any other edits needed to the text-- Scott to review updates completed
  5. Update/replace all the diagrams-- Lane (assign back to Ann after updates are completed)
  6. Add section numbering-- Ann (done)

  1. Think we'll eventually need to update the footer date. Agreed
  2. Section 1.1 - update (CASPR) to (CSAPR). Done
  3. Unless I'm missing something, monitoringPlan is not an element in the json schema like it was in the 1.0 xsd. Everything referencing this as the root element doesn't seem correct then (ex. 2.3, 3.3, etc. indicating Comment/ USC records are dependent on the Monitoring Plan record).
  4. Section 4.3.1 - it looks like there may be an extra bullet in the list (can't really tell). Don't see an issue
  5. Is the diagram on page 17 staying? I can't tell. If it's staying, a bunch of the elements have incorrect/incomplete names. The old diagram was replaced
  6. Table 5 on page 28 is missing the bottom border under PM. This happens because that row breaks across the page.
  7. Table 11 on page 36 - for the NOX CALC row, change "common pipe" to "common stack". Done
  8. NOx Mass Emissions Rate section in 9.4.1 - I'm really not sure about the "units subject to" text. The rule is stayed, the CSOSG3 unit program records were ended for everyone. This also affects the 3 new bullets in 11.4.1 - Required Formulas. We may want to get EPA's opinion. Maybe we can discuss at today's 3pm. Done
  9. Table 22 on page 56 - change Apportioned Value from "Common Pipe" to "Common Stack". Done
  10. Table 40 - the left border for the Code column seems to need more spacing. Done
  11. Section 17.1 - remove "PM" in the 1st paragraph. Done

Number 3 above, from Scott, will be handled via a new ticket. Therefore this one is done.
