Noticed during ZAP scan tests of updated 1.5 APIs. (@maheese Please add additional info as needed.)

Examples:

stateCode - input passed is not a string. API errors out with a "toUpperCase is not a valid function" message
parameters that are expected to be a list. API errors out with a "split is not a valid function"
