  1. Added release duration metadata to the plume card.
  2. Updated captions on the plume cards.
  3. Added message on the title head.
  4. when spinner/loading is being done, do not allow interaction. (spinner zindex to be highest)
  5. Measurement tool's icon design-behavior changed during clicks.
