Generate ODIAC statistics #48

Motivation

In order to validate the transformation of netCDFs to COGs, we are calculating statistics of the raw data and transformed COGs.

Changes

A new script is created to calculate the statistics for ODIAC dataset.

Issues

Currently, we have the mean, std, minimum, and maximum values for the year 2000 of the ODIAC dataset. The major constraint to calculating the statistics of this dataset is the size, which is around 1 TB.
