Add a link in each notebook that opens the notebook in GHG jupyterhub #94

Description

The documentation site comprises notebooks interacting with the US GHG Center data catalog/ services.

While these notebooks can be downloaded and run on a user's local computer, it's more convenient if they could be opened directly in the GHG Hub directly from the website.

Basically like what the data catalog page provides. See here: https://earth.gov/ghgcenter/data-catalog/eccodarwin-co2flux-monthgrid-v5 Click the access data button and click "Interactive Session in the US GHG Center JupyterHub (requires account)"

Acceptance Criteria

[x] All the notebooks in ghgc-docs have a section with link to open the notebook in the GHG hub
