Iterate on GHG Center dashboard looks

The agencies have not yet given guidance on the design of the GHG Center website / dashboard. The best way to help them move forward is to present a design that we think could work - at least get it a bit closer into that direction, starting from the current proof of concept

Acceptance criteria

• [ ] A pull request is open with an updated design
• [ ] We presented the updated design to the GHG IMPACT team (on Slack)

@faustoperez, the team confirmed today at the GHG Center dev/design/content meeting that they would like to ask you to iterate on the overall design.

Also, for now, it would be great to replace the current demo logo with Idea 2 (abstract planet), please.

Please note: The title of the center is now U.S. Greenhouse Gas Center or shorter U.S. GHG Center.

How much can we get done by July 14th, where the GHG Center partners convene and will be looking at the demo site?

@danielfdsilva Here's a quick mockup of the GHG dashboard with the logo colors and the typography changed for Inter

The two colors are:

• Dark blue: #0B3D91
• Light blue: #0098D7

The first iteration was very successful and the improved design received good feedback. Let us close this ticket while we wait for new directions.
