UI module update with several fixes/improvements

Revert A Links to React router link : https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-ui/pull/689
Remove Shadow scrolls (which was making too many unnecessary commits): https://github.com/NASA-IMPACT/veda-ui/pull/691

There should not be visible differences other than scrolls using browser's native style.
