Turns out there are more datasets that do not have nodata defined in the files and are lacking that setting for time series Analysis, such that we get garbled numbers when extracting zonal statistics.
For example EPA Total Methane, but there may be more
Acceptance criteria
[ ] Add nodata flag to all analysis configuration
[ ] Follow up with UI team whether Analysis can use the same configuration as tile layer rendering
[ ] Consider fixing the files when we get a chance - this information should be stored in the files, so users can read them without needing additional information.
