Modified learn section. #390

This is the pull request for this issue.

Worked on the new comments made in this document

Added a new newsletter in the Newsletters section
Added Video section in the Learn More section
Modified the sub-title of the Learn More section by making it bold and removing the bullet points
Added auto sorting to the learn page events and newsletters.

@binni979 can you update the code for events so it automatically orders the events based on the data (latest on the left, oldest on the right)? also do the same for the newsletters
